Role and Responsibilities:
Complete preventative maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters
Determine if additional safety or service work is required by thoroughly examining vehicles
Ensure all vehicles qualify for warranty prior to performing warranty repairs
Perform road tests using safe driving standards
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure the service shop is maintained in a clean, organized, and hazard-free manner
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Maintain vehicle records by recording service and repairs
Qualifications and Skills:
Applicant must possess a 310S License
Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to handle heavy lifting
Positive team player
Ability to problem solve, deal with complex situations and analyze information
Ability to work independently and safely
