We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Pizza Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering hot, fresh pizzas to customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle deliveries efficiently using various types of vehicles. Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Deliver orders promptly to customers’ locations, ensuring food arrives hot and intact.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers politely, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation.
- Assist with route planning to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled for daily operations.
- Follow company protocols and safety standards during deliveries.
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred, especially with route driving in busy environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Valid driver’s license suitable for the vehicle type being operated; Fully Licensed Class G driver experience is desirable.
- Prior experience in driving for food or package delivery services enhances suitability for this role. This position requires a dependable individual capable of managing multiple deliveries efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety compliance.
