Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping experience that encourages engagement.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting benefits tailored to customer needs.
- Assist customers in selecting products by providing knowledgeable advice on features, specifications, and usage.
- Conduct upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately.
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure products are well-organized and visually appealing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining phone etiquette, and managing time efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred, especially involving product demos or technical explanations.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of product benefits.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management.
- Experience with merchandising, cashiering, or POS systems is a plus.
- Hard working, Fully Engaged attitude with a growth mindset.
