We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping agents succeed. Someone who can mentor, solve problems, build relationships, recruit great talent, and support agents as they grow their businesses. Recruiting is important.
The ideal candidate has sales experience, with a strong understanding of Ontario real estate, including contracts, TRESA, RECO requirements, MLS® Rules and Policies and is willing to learn. Most importantly, they are someone agents can rely on for guidance, support, and practical solutions.

Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of a real estate office and ensure a professional, organized environment.
- Recruit new and experienced real estate professionals to join the brokerage.
- Review Agreements of Purchase and Sale, listing agreements, and other transaction documents for accuracy and compliance, as needed.
- Provide guidance to agents on contracts, transactions, and day to day business challenges.
- Assist agents in growing their businesses through ongoing support.
- Plan and lead office meetings.
- Build strong relationships with agents to improve engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Ensure brokerage operations comply with RECO regulations, TRESA requirements, MLS® Rules and Policies, and brokerage policies and procedures.
- Stay current with RECO bulletins, regulatory updates, and industry best practices.
- Assist in resolving agent concerns and consumer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Work collaboratively with management to improve office systems, processes, and the overall agent experience.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional office culture.
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
