Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Staff Pharmacists to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to all legal and safety standards
- Provide expert consultation to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications as required, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with protocols, and immunization certified.
- Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients on medication adherence, health management, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and patient interactions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pharmacy operations
Experience
- Prior pharmacy experience is highly preferred, new grad are welcome to join us with our new Pharmacy Care Clinic to provide more clinical services.
- Strong background in patient care, medication administration, and medical terminology is essential
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare settings
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with medical staff and educate patients effectively
- Certification as a licensed pharmacist with College of Pharmacist BC is required for all candidates
