Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will oversee project timelines, coordinate between teams, and ensure project deliverables are met efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing advanced construction management software and industry-standard tools. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in facilitating communication, managing schedules, and supporting project execution from inception to completion.
Duties
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure project accuracy
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project flow
- Assist in construction estimating processes
- Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
- Manage document control
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope and specifications
- Support project management team in risk assessment, quality control, and safety compliance
- Facilitate effective communication across all teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Ensure all project documentation complies with industry standards and company policies
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings
- Experience with construction estimating tools
- Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam
- Knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between teams and stakeholders
- Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics accurately
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and scheduling
- Experience with construction estimating is a plus; certification in project management is desirable

Pay: $45,069.35-$84,741.33 per year
