What You'll Do
- Prep surfaces including sanding, caulking, masking, and priming
- Apply paint using brush and roller techniques
- Meet project deadlines while delivering excellent results
- Pick up supplies and materials as required
- Keep job sites tidy, organized, and safe at all times
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on painting experience
- Solid background working on residential builds
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your time effectively
- Comfortable working quickly without sacrificing quality
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness on the job
- Flexible availability including weekdays and some weekends
- Valid driver's license with dependable transportation
- Team player with a can-do attitude and leadership potential
