Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager/Server to oversee daily restaurant operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on service duties, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and handling standards
- Serve guests professionally, taking orders accurately using POS system
- Handle cash transactions and perform cash handling duties with integrity
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members; participate in interviewing potential staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality throughout the restaurant
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles
- Strong leadership skills with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs
