**Logistic Coordinator**
**Duties:**
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations of the company.
- Manage and optimize freight transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize Delivery Suite, LoadLink, Sylectus, Border Connect systems to track, monitor shipments, and generate reports.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring stock availability for timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms for procurement of goods.
- Oversee e-commerce logistics, including order processing, shipment tracking, and customer support.
**Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution processes.
- Proficient in using logistics management systems and software.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Experience in working with multiple logistics software systems.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor/supplier management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce logistics processes and platforms.
