This is a labour position in a manufacturing environment and requires consistent lifting, bending, standing, twisting, and repetitive movement throughout the entire shift.

Position Overview
We are currently seeking General Labourers / Machine Operators to support production operations within a busy manufacturing facilities.
Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift and working in a hot, loud, industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with machines
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Lift, stack, sort, and move parts and materials
- Bend, twist, crouch, and reach repeatedly during production tasks
- Inspect parts for quality and production defects
- Maintain accurate production records
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Read and follow work instructions and measurements
- Report machine issues, defects, or safety concerns immediately
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing or machine operating experience required
- Must be physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable performing repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and reliability are required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset
- Experience using measuring tools and reading blueprints is an asset
- Forklift certification is an asset, but not required
Important Physical Requirements
This role requires:
- Continuous standing and walking
- Frequent bending and twisting
- Repetitive lifting throughout the shift
- Working overtime as required
- Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment
