This position is located at our corporate offices in Burnaby, BC. This position is a full-time onsite position.
The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the corporate Human Resources Department. They will be responsible for processing all employee changes in our HRIS (ADP), maintaining employee information in our HRIS, managing the service award platform, and other areas as directed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

HRIS Data Entry to include:

Processing new hire paperwork into HRIS

Set up benefit enrollments and submit benefit paperwork to benefit providers

Process Employee Changes – rates, location, job title, supervisor, etc.

Process Employee termination paperwork
-
Update employee contact information and send to benefit providers

Service Awards
-
Manage Service Award platform – maintain users; review outstanding balances and send reminders.

Distribute service award letters to managers on a monthly basis

Other Duties
-
File paperwork in employee personnel files
-
Complete employment verification letters
-
Maintain users on Employee and Family Assistant Program site

Prepare employee roster reports upon request

Send out Company announcements
-
Perform other duties as requested by the HR Manager or VP of HR
WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Diploma or Post Secondary Degree in Human Resources or a related field
-
At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative position with experience working in Human Resources or similar environment

Strong MS Office skills in Word and Excel

Excellent time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comprehension

Excellent attention to detail, accurate keyboarding and data entry skills
SALARY
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 annual salary.
