The Senior Architectural Technologist will contribute to all stages of project development, working with consultants in completing various project deliverables. The responsibilities will include conception, design-to-fit customer needs, and team collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creation, design, and execution of projects in a high volume of production.
- Identify specific needs on architectural guidelines for new and current subdivisions.
- Create Revit working drawings, compile specifications, cost estimates, and material quantity lists based on initial design concepts and instructions.
- Building architectural and display models, as well as developing three-dimensional virtual models to visualize architectural designs effectively.
- Design high-visibility elevations and modifications as required by Architectural Guidelines.
- Coordination with other departments and external stakeholders.
- Release drawings to all concerned parties.
- Contribute to the review of the drawing packages for accuracy, design integrity, and code compliance.
- Organize and present new ideas.
- Perform quantity take offs and estimating as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required

Expert level knowledge in using Revit.

3-5 years of experience in designing and drafting within the Canadian residential construction industry.

Understanding and interpreting Building Code and zoning bylaws are essential.
