About the Role
The Dental Software Implementation Specialist ensures a smooth onboarding experience for our customers by providing project management, coordination and training.
This position is a full-time role based in Metro-Vancouver, British Columbia.
Responsibilities
- Skilled at analyzing business processes and guiding customers to ensure a smooth transition to
ClearDent’s systems
- Perform on-site training, remote training, and consultative services
- Create educational materials and conduct webinars
- Build lasting relationships with our customers to ensure success
- Maintain accurate histories of customer contacts and training records in our CRM system
- Work with product management to improve software applications and services
What You Bring
- 2 years of dental practice management experience is required
- 1 year of training experience or equivalent
- Ability to train in a variety of settings and to a variety of experience levels
- Strong customer relationship-building skills
- Organization and accurate record-keeping are imperative in this role
- Preference for those with ClearDent software experience

Work Environment
- May work outside of regular business hours
