We are seeking a skilled MARINE TECHNICIAN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous mechanical experience and knowledge to perform diagnosis, maintenance and repairs on marine vessels.
Our company offers full marine repairs in gas/diesel inboard engines, outboard motors, generators and electrical systems. We are certified dealers for Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Mercury/Mercruiser, Suzuki + others. We support our technicians, client base and walk-in customers with a full Service and Parts Department as well as a large boatyard with Travelift.
This is a full-time position and the successful candidate would be working Monday-Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. We are closed on weekends, all Statutory holidays and for approximately 2 weeks over December/January. Benefits will include extended health and dental coverage after 3 months of successful employment.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Marine Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair marine systems.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for maintenance tasks.
