Job Description… $25-28/hour with subsidized health benefits after 6 months
· Drive in a defensive and safe manner at all times, Duty of care and hazard awareness required while working on construction sites. Responsibility to participate in Keith Construction’s safety meetings and educational tasks regarding the safety is mandatory. Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment is required. Occasional training courses including fall protection may be required. Safety is our first priority.
· Perform physical tasks alongside machinery & equipment at construction sites indoors/outdoors in all weather for 40 hours per week and as required.
· Site prep - preparing work areas for trades, dig trenches, set braces, erect scaffolding, site protection of finished products, operating hand and power tools of all types, clean-up debris and garbage removal, pick up/drop off tools and materials as needed, ensure site is tidy and organized.
· Hard-working, reliable, detailed, situationally aware, positive and professional image onsite, to the public and coworkers.
· Work as an integral part of the construction field staff team by communicating effectively and performing many basic supporting tasks to keep an efficient construction project running.
· Constant communication via cell phone with the project manager is required
· Drive truck & trailer for job site demands as required.
· Preference will be given to individuals with homeownership experience who have performed their own maintenance and repairs.

· Physically fit and healthy being able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis and work in all weather conditions.
· Understanding & knowledgeable of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
· Knowledgeable of manual and power tools and equipment
· Legally able to work in Canada and able to pass a background check.
· Situationally aware and attention to details
· Willing to be a part of a team and grow together
· A good driver with a clean driving record
