And we’re looking for a ticketed Journeyman Heavy-Duty Technician who can carry that standard forward.
The Role
We are seeking a Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic or Millwright with strong experience in diesel engines and power generation systems. This is a senior field role with a clear path into leadership.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel generators and power generation systems
- Perform CSA C282 preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures
- Complete engine overhauls and major repairs
- Conduct load bank testing
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Communicate professionally with clients and team
- Complete clear written service reports
- Mentor junior technicians
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic or Millwright (Red Seal preferred)
- Strong diesel and generator experience
- Electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with CAT, Cummins, John Deere or similar
- Diagnostic software experience
- Must possess a complete set of Journeyman-level tools for field and engine repair
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record are critical
- Willingness for on-call rotation
