PC275 Realty uniquely offers a “Fast Track Academy” (FTA) program which is designed to run in tandem with your real estate courses and educate you on the ins and outs of real estate. You learn how to be a REALTOR® from tenured REALTORS® and attend workshops and study sessions which are held in London, Ontario and hosted by tenured agents. Attendance is mandatory for FTA meetings.
Once you successfully obtain your Ontario real estate license, your earning potential will vary based on full time verses part time status and how much you put into your career in real estate. Real estate is 100% commission and participants must be comfortable learning how to prospect for new clients, make phone calls and talking to people and learning from and taking advice from their mentors. Participants must be comfortable with not making a yearly salary or hourly wage.
This position is applying for:
- The FTA program while you are getting your courses (small fee applies for this)
- An eventual career in our brokerage once you have obtained your license.
This is an entry level sales representative position and is ideal for someone who:

- Is a sponge and is willing to learn the ropes from a team of advanced agents.
No license or degree are required to apply. HOWEVER, candidate must have HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA and be a Canadian Citizen. The ideal candidate MUST have a desire for a fully commission-based sales career & will have to register for their license with Humber College. All candidates are responsible to register, pay for and complete their own real estate courses through Humber College Real Estate Program. Candidates currently enrolled in the HUMBER College Real Estate Program will be given top consideration!
