Straight Path Construction is hiring an experienced Roofing Foreman / Red Seal Journeyman Roofer to lead roofing crews on residential and commercial projects.
We are looking for someone who can run jobs properly, manage crews, maintain quality control, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Red Seal Journeyman Roofer preferred
- Strong experience with flat roofing systems
- Experience with SBS, torch-on, TPO, EPDM, and/or commercial roof systems
- Ability to lead and manage a roofing crew
- Strong understanding of roof details, flashing, penetrations, drainage, and tie-ins
- Able to read scopes, communicate with clients/site supervisors, and solve issues on site
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be reliable, professional, and safety-minded
Responsibilities:
- Lead roofing crews on site
- Ensure work is completed properly and to spec
- Manage materials, site setup, cleanup, and daily production
- Communicate with management on progress, issues, and required materials
- Maintain safety standards and quality workmanship
- Train and guide crew members when needed
