Hygiene Coordinator - Admin Position
Busy mid-town, non-corporate dental practice looking for self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the hygiene department in a busy, mid-town dental office
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments
Preferred knowledge of PowerPractice software and MaxAssist (Recall Max) for booking (Will provide training)
Experience:
Prefer candidates with experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role
Familiarity with dental office procedures (preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
