Job Description
We’re seeking a positive, customer-focused Consumables Department Manager to oversee salesfloor operations, merchandise availability, team development, and customer service within the Consumables department.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate associate activities to complete Customer Availability Process tasks, including section work, capping bins, and stocking picks.
- Ensure merchandise is stocked, zoned, and presented according to company standards; address deficiencies as required.
- Delegate, assist with, and follow up on price changes, feature sets, and modular execution within assigned areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, locating merchandise, and resolving customer concerns.
- Support salesfloor coverage, recovery, and zoning activities based on workload and customer traffic patterns.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies and completing safety procedures.
- Inspect displays and fixtures to ensure they are secure, organized, and free of debris.
- Coordinate associate break schedules to ensure adequate department coverage.
- Train, develop, and coach associates while providing ongoing performance feedback.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- Flexible, helpful, and customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven leadership ability in retail operations, merchandising, stocking, and salesfloor execution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
- Experience with inventory management, merchandising, or retail supervision is an asset.
Pay: From $19.35 per hour
