Pavement Markings – General Labourer (Travel Required, Accommodations Provided)

At PRM Labour, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Full-Time Pavement Markings - General Labourer to join our crew. What You'll Be Doing:
- Applying pavement markings
- May drive company pick-up truck (called a pilot truck) to assist road painting operations
- Painting in a paint booth
- Helping with loading/unloading painting materials as needed. Must be able to lift 50lb pails
- Assisting with strapping down of loads
- Perform clean-up duties within your truck, the shop, and yard
- Communicating with team members and the public in a courteous & professional manner
- We leave from our headquarters in Guelph, ON and travel to job sites using company vehicles
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid G license and clean driving record for 3-years prior
- Fluent in the English language
- Previous pavement marking or outdoor construction experience is a bonus
- Flexibility and readiness to travel throughout Ontario for projects (in company vehicles) – hotel accommodations provided for out-of-town jobs (2–3 week stints)
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Commitment to adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Availability to work outside of regular hours, with flexibility for weekends. Expect longer shift hours based on job requirements. Overtime is compensated
