Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and confident Sales Representative to help generate qualified leads and book appointments for our agency.
Your main responsibility will be calling business owners, introducing our services, building relationships, and setting meetings for our team.
This is a performance-focused role with strong earning potential for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Call businesses daily using provided lead lists
- Generate and qualify new leads
- Book appointments with business owners
- Follow up with prospects consistently
- Track calls and notes in CRM/software
- Communicate professionally and confidently
- Hit weekly outreach and booking targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable making high-volume cold calls
- Sales or cold-calling experience preferred
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Fluent English speaking skills
- Basic understanding of marketing services is a plus
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
