Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the efficient handling of materials and products, contributing to our overall productivity and success.
Duties
- Operate forklifts, to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to build orders needed for shipping or storage.
Skills
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and communication within a diverse workforce.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met in all tasks performed.
- A strong work ethic.
- Willing to clean as part of set job duties on a daily basis.
- A desire to continually learn about your position and apply yourself to the improvement of the plant.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment where decisions must be made, and actions must be taken in a timely manner
- Strong troubleshooting ability
