We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Kitchen Helper who takes pride in doing the simple things exceptionally well. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a fast-paced kitchen team and understands that organization, cleanliness, consistency, and attitude matter just as much as cooking experience.
This is primarily a Dishwashing & Kitchen Support role, with additional responsibilities in vegetable prep, packaging support, and closing duties.

This is approximately:

50% Dishwashing & Cleaning
- 50% Prep & Kitchen Support
You will support both the front and back of house operations to help ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and stays clean, organized, and prepared for service.
- Operate commercial dishwasher
- Wash pots, pans, utensils, inserts, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Sweep and mop floors
- Assist with garbage and recycling
- Support end-of-day closing and sanitation procedures
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables
- Knife work and food prep
- Portioning, sealing, labelling, and packaging soups and products
- Assist cooks and supervisors with prep tasks
- Restocking and organizing inventory
- Assist with receiving deliveries and inventory counts
- Light customer service and POS support when needed
Preferred:
-
Approximately 1 year of kitchen, catering, deli, or food service experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate knife skills
- Dishwashing experience
- Basic customer service experience
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems
- Organized and detail-oriented
