Runway Health is a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic providing a range of services, including physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, spinal & knee decompression, custom orthotics, and orthopedic bracing.
We are looking to add a Clinic Administrator to our team to support daily front desk and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and assist with questions regarding treatments, products, and appointment bookings.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails, phone calls, and text messages.
- Conduct patient follow-ups, including appointment confirmations for new clients and outreach to patients who are due for follow-up care.
- Process direct billing for extended health benefits through third-party insurance platforms, prepare invoices, and handle payment transactions.
- Scan, upload, and maintain patient documentation to ensure accurate and organized records.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the clinic while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience is preferred.
- Comprehensive training will be provided.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
