We are seeking a skilled Fireproofing and Firestop Applicators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction-related tasks such as spraying fireproofing, firestop, mixing materials, able to read and fully understand UL designs to determine thickness of application, reading Blueprints and working with and directing crews. Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Apply both mineral fiber and cementitious fireproofing
- mixing fireproofing
-Installing Firestop as per listed assemblies
- must have knowledge on how to safely use of equipment
- Assist crew with setting up and cleaning up job sites
Requirements:
- Prior experience in fireproofing or firestop
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of UL designs
- Ability to ensure proper application of mineral fibre and cementitious fireproofing
Ability to ensure proper application of Firestop
- Familiarity with schematics for various construction projects
- knowledge of intumescent paint is a plus but not required

Pay: $22.00-$34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
