Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and hygienic throughout your shift.
- Assist with food handling tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic food preparation or ingredient setup.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations.
- Restock supplies such as clean dishes, utensils, and cleaning materials to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to support timely food service and uphold high hospitality standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued.
