Position Overview
As a Plant Operator, you’ll play an important role in our day-to-day operations and production process. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork, safety, and reliability are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production equipment
- Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products
- Supporting extrusion manufacturing processes
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
- Assisting with troubleshooting and general plant operations
- Working closely with team members to keep production running efficiently
- Learning new equipment and processes through ongoing training

Previous experience in manufacturing, farming, warehouse, construction, labour, or industrial environments is considered an asset but we’re willing to train the right people.
This role is physically demanding and requires candidates to be comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 55 lbs, and working around grain dust and industrial noise in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift Availability
Shifts may include:
- Days
- Evenings
- Nights
- Overtime as required
