Positions Available: Landscape Construction Lead Hand
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in constructing hardscape and softscape projects.
- Read and interpret landscape designs and plans.
- Operate and oversee the use of power tools and equipment.
- Ensure safety procedures and project quality standards are met.
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges.
- Proficiency in using tools, equipment, and reading blueprints.
- Experience with skid steers & mini excavators
- Valid driver’s license
