The MRG Group Internship Program is designed to provide you with practical skills, valuable experiences, and exposure to real-world scenarios in the Experience industry.
The program is structured to ensure that 80% of your time is dedicated to performing activities specific to their role, while the remaining 20% is allocated to job shadowing, skill development, and team projects across various businesses within the MRG Group.

The MRG Group is an integrated network of companies operating across the hospitality, venue, media, ticketing (including the ticketing service Admit One), and insurance sectors. With a portfolio of 18 hospitality properties across Canada, The MRG Group also owns and operates an events business, a travel company, and a digital publication.
Sales Strategy & Support: Execute elements of the sales strategy to help achieve monthly KPIs and contribute to annual account growth goals.-
Lead Management: Assist with the end-to-end sales process, including preparing essential materials and executing professional follow-up with inbound and outbound leads.

Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and prospective clients to identify and qualify new opportunities.

Client & Data Management: Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM system and handle basic client inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

Event Demos & Client Content: Lead the building and deployment of event demos, and develop tailored communication for clients and organizers.

Brand & Event Promotion: Participate in company networking events and promotional activities to actively showcase the AdmitONE brand.
Education: Currently enrolled in a college or university program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field).-
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence and cross-functional team liaison.

Outreach Comfort: Comfortable with and willing to learn outbound communication methods (emails, LinkedIn, CRM), with training provided.

Customer Focus: Superior aptitude for hospitality and customer satisfaction, with a strong desire to build professional relationships.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage task lists and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Tech Savviness: Confident using basic office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learn CRM tools.

Event Support: Comfortable assisting with on-site event logistics (e.g., guest check-in, signage, ticket scanning, customer assistance).

Creative Assets (Preferred): Entry-level design skills (Canva, basic editing in PowerPoint/Google Slides) to support simple promotional materials or pitch decks.
