Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window and Siding Installer to join our construction team. This role involves installing, repairing, and restoring windows and siding on residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately install windows and siding according to specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to remove old materials and install new windows, siding, and related components.
- Perform caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing to ensure energy efficiency and durability of installations.
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged siding or window frames.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.
- Conduct inspections to verify proper fit, finish, and adherence to building codes.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris appropriately.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, carpentry techniques, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing materials.
- Familiarity with restoration processes including siding repair and window replacement.
- Knowledge of construction painting, plumbing basics, welding (a plus), flooring installation, and tile laying is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions.

Pay: $19.13-$38.81 per hour
