We are seeking an experienced, RECA-licensed Residential Leasing Specialist to manage showings, tenant placement, and lease administration for a diverse portfolio of rental properties. This contract position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings for prospective tenants across Edmonton and surrounding areas
- Manage the tenant application and screening process efficiently and in compliance with legislation
- Draft and execute lease agreements
- Complete move-in inspections and ensure accurate, timely documentation
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and qualify leads effectively
- Keep property owners informed of market activity and leasing progress
- Maintain organized records and submit paperwork as required
Qualifications
- Active RECA license as a real estate agent or property manager (required)
- Proven experience in leasing, residential real estate, or property management
- Strong understanding of the Edmonton and area rental market
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for property visits
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
