The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with repair and scheduled maintenance service requests.
Service Advisor primary role:
- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.
- Estimates cost and completion time/settles customer accounts.
- Communicates with customer about status of work and explains technical information about repairs to customers.
- Documents repair order changes and inspects finished repair order for proper completion and pricing accuracy.
The successful candidate will have:
- Superior customer service skills able to create positive customer relationships
- Valid G or G2 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of ERA Ignite an asset
- Previous dealership experience an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
