The Role
We are hiring an experienced General Labourer to support active construction sites across Toronto and the GTA.
This role requires prior construction labour experience. We are looking for someone who understands job site expectations, safety standards, and the pace of residential construction work.
For the right candidate, there is opportunity to grow into higher-responsibility roles as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with residential new construction and renovation projects
- Support carpenters and skilled trades on site
- Load, unload, and organize materials and deliveries
- Maintain site cleanliness and organization
- Assist with demolition, framing prep, forming, and general site work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Framing Guardrails and other basic framing
- Keeping job sites clean and secure
- Delivery of materials
- Basic Handyman items
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a General Labourer on construction sites
- Experience in residential construction (new build or remodeling preferred)
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
- Ability to travel to job sites throughout Toronto and the GTA
- Mandatory PPE:
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots
- Hard hat
- High-visibility safety vest
- Work gloves
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
