MASTER GROOMER (Lead Position)
This role combines advanced grooming skill with leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain breed-standard and luxury finish quality
- Oversee grooming standards across team
- Act as quality control and floor lead
- Ensure proper equipment use and compliance
- Support workflow and daily structure
Requirements:
- 5+ years professional grooming experience
- Strong scissoring and finishing expertise
- Leadership presence and maturity
- Technologically comfortable (CRM, digital notes, photo uploads)
- Must bring full professional grooming tool kit
Compensation:
- starting $24/hour base (based on experience)
- Monthly performance bonuses

EXPERIENCED GROOMER (Stylist)
For confident groomers ready to grow within a premium brand.
Responsibilities:
- Complete full grooms independently
- Maintain professional, clean workstation
- Capture required before/after photos & video content
- Follow structured documentation systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years professional experience
- Strong finishing detail
- Technologically comfortable or willing to learn
- Must provide own professional tools
Compensation:
- Starting $20/hour (based on experience)
- Monthly performance bonuses

TOOL POLICY
Groomers Must Provide:
- Shears (straight, curved, thinning)
- Clippers, blades, guards
- Brushes & combs
- Nail grinder
- Maintenance supplies
We Provide:

- Fully booked system and lead generation
All equipment must be used according to operational guidelines.
