Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical Administrative Clerk who has basic accounting skills and is highly proficient with Excel. The main focus of this position is accurate data entry, invoice reconcilliation, and maintaining up-to-date inventory status records. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and leverage advanced data visualization tools to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Experience in Shopify online store management is valued.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update inventory data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Conduct data collection, mining, and analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate reports for management using Excel (filters, formulas, pivot tables, V-Lookup)
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receiveable.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining warehouse operations and reducing inefficiencies.
