**Key Qualifications:**
- **Licensure:** Candidates must possess a valid plumbing license.
- **Experience:** A robust background in both residential construction and service is essential.
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Proficiency in well pump service and installation
- A backflow testing certification
- Experience with basic agricultural equipment maintenance and installation
- Knowledge in servicing and maintaining lift pumps and sewage ejectors
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, including installation and repair of residential heating and cooling units
- Experience in ductwork design and installation
- Skills in troubleshooting and repairing water heaters, including tankless and conventional models
- Understanding of radiant floor heating systems and their installation
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on heating systems, including boilers and furnaces
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction
