JASE Service is building a network of qualified on-call technical representatives for medical equipment support across Ontario.
This is a contract / on-call opportunity. Hours are not guaranteed. Work is assigned based on customer needs, technical representative location, experience, qualifications, and equipment requirements.
Role may include:
- Field support visits to healthcare facilities across Ontario
- Medical, dental, lab, or clinical equipment inspection
- Basic troubleshooting and technical support
- Preventive maintenance support
- Service documentation and reports
- Equipment photos, model/serial number collection, and issue reporting
- Support for clinics, healthcare facilities, and service partners
Requirements:
- Biomedical, electronics, electrical, mechanical, technical support, or field service background
- Experience with medical, dental, lab, or clinical equipment is preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Ability to complete clear service notes and reports
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Ontario is an asset
- Own tools and vehicle are an asset
- Manufacturer training or certifications are a strong asset

Ontario. Work may be assigned in different cities based on technical representative location and customer needs.
