White Rock Mechanical is looking for an organized and motivated warehouse assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, enjoy working on a variety of tasks. The warehouse assistant may also operate machinery such as fork lift, or be available to drive company vehicle for deliveries, a candidate with experience is preferred and must hold a valid driver's license. Our warehouse consists of plumbing, gas, refrigeration and HVAC equipment and materials.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday (7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm) shift.
The warehouse assistant daily work activities will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Ordering and ensuring inventory is received in good condition.
- report damage or missing inventory.
- organize and stored in proper locations.
- pick and prepare orders for field crew.
- assist in maintaining inventory.
- Applying materials to billing.
The Warehouse Assistant position requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Physically able to stand for duration of shift
- Physically able to lift over 35lbs
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a changing environment
- Work independently
- Attention to detail, organized.
