Jiffy Lube London, Wellington Rd, is hiring a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Answer customer questions and address concerns or complaints
- Review vehicle service reports and prioritize maintenance recommendations
- Clearly explain service recommendations to customers with honesty and integrity
- Communicate customer needs and service priorities to the technician team
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records
- Support the team in delivering efficient and high-quality vehicle maintenance services
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, personable, and professional attitude
- High level of honesty and integrity
- Basic computer skills are an asset
- A general understanding of vehicles is beneficial, but not required (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license required
