Hours/shifts range from 3pm starts - 1am closes, Monday-Sunday. Part Time or Full Time availability! Hourly wage based on Part Time or Full Time availability, as well as previous experience.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Grill Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring excellent food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Serve customers with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and food service operations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
