Custom Bridal Specialist – Luxury Appointments (VIP & Standard)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven Custom Bridal Specialist to lead both VIP and standard bridal appointments within a luxury environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands bridal at a high level and can seamlessly deliver an elevated, personalized experience to every client, regardless of appointment type.
You will guide brides through both ready-to-wear and fully customizable options, ensuring each interaction reflects a premium, design-focused journey. The ideal candidate is confident, independent, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead both VIP and standard bridal appointments with a consistent luxury-level experience
- Guide brides through gown selection, customizations, and styling with confidence and expertise
- Provide in-depth knowledge on fit, fabrics, construction, and couture-level detailing
- Drive sales through strong closing skills, upselling, and maximizing each appointment
- Independently manage appointments from start to finish with efficiency and professionalism
- Build strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
- Accurately capture and communicate all custom details to design and production teams
- Maintain detailed notes and ensure no customization or request is missed
- Style and upsell accessories to complete each bridal look
- Support store standards through strong organization, merchandising awareness, and leadership by example
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of bridal experience (required)
- Proven ability to consistently close sales and exceed targets
- Strong understanding of both ready-to-wear and custom bridal processes
- Highly independent with the ability to manage clients confidently without supervision
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, polished presence aligned with a luxury brand
- Bilingual or multilingual is an asset
