We are currently expanding across the Greater Toronto Area and are seeking motivated
Business Development Associates to help introduce our AI solutions to restaurants, spas,
clinics, real estate offices, and other appointment-driven businesses.
Position Overview
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying new business
opportunities, generating qualified leads, scheduling product demonstrations, and helping
local businesses understand the value of AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy relationship-building, field sales, and working
with innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, social media, directories, and local business networks.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person visits.
- Appointment Setting & Product Demonstration
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with business owners and decision-makers.
- Present company products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client pain points and communicate how AI automation can improve
- Develop relationships with local business communities.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and community events when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding and
- Achieve monthly outreach, meeting, and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights.
Qualifications Required
- 1–2 years of sales, business development, customer success, marketing, or
- Previous experience in customer-facing industries such as:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting face-to-face meetings.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects.
- Experience selling SaaS, software, technology, digital marketing, or business
- Existing network within local business communities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
