Job Description – Used Car Department (UCD)
Mississauga Hyundai is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Automotive Product Specialist (OMVIC License Required) in our Used Car Department (UCD). We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Educate customers about our selection of quality used vehicles
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service and strive to meet each customer’s unique needs
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Promote, present, and complete the sale of a wide variety of pre-owned vehicles
