Positions AvailableWater & Sewer Top ManWe are looking for an experienced Water & Sewer Top Man who understands underground utility installation and can support safe, productive pipe crew operations.Responsibilities:
- Support and supervise water and sewer installation activities
- Work closely with the foreman, pipe layers, operators, and labourers
- Read and understand grades, drawings, and project specifications
- Ensure pipe crew work is completed safely and correctly
- Assist with trench setup, bedding, backfill coordination, and production planning
- Help maintain quality control and compliance with project requirements
- Promote safe work practices and proper communication within the crew
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of underground water and sewer experience preferred
- Strong understanding of water, storm, and sanitary installation
- Ability to read drawings, grades, and specifications
- Leadership experience considered an asset
- CSTS, Ground Disturbance, WHMIS, and other safety tickets considered assets
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
CompensationWages will be based on position, experience, qualifications, and ability to perform.Martushev Group is prepared to be competitive for experienced underground water and sewer workers. Candidates with strong production experience, leadership ability, safety tickets, and proven underground utility experience will be considered for top rates.
Pay: $40.00-$42.00 per hour
