Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously during overnight hours
- Monitor guest arrivals, departures, and requests to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain security by performing regular patrols of the property, monitoring CCTV footage, and controlling access points
- Handle guest inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure compliance with hotel policies
- Support front desk operations by managing guest relations, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional customer service
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and guest services best practices
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a valuable asset for communicating with diverse guests
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including guest relations, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone systems
- Experience working in resort or hotel environments that emphasize guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
