ABOUT THE JOB
Position: Dining Room Server
Terms of Employment: Part time and Full time. Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
Job Duties:

Provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons

Must have an extremely professional rapport with clientele, be well-spoken and easy to communicate with

Anticipate guest needs

Work well and closely with all other team members

Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items into POS system

Ensure tables are cleared and reset before a patron is seated

Must develop extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to comment on ingredients, suggest items and explain cooking techniques.

Must develop extensive knowledge of wine and liquor as well as any other beverages and techniques utilized by the Chairmans

Address patrons appropriately when discussing their comments and concerns. Effectively communicate with Supervisors if a customer issue arises. Ensure clear and concise communication with the patron to ensure the issue is being resolved.

Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements:

Must have Pro-serve certification and be at least 18 years of age.

Outgoing personality
-
Five years experience in fine dining atmosphere

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate in a professional manner with clientele

Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant is required
