Bilingual Administrative Professional with Bookkeeping Skills
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, prior administrative experience, and a solid understanding of bookkeeping practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a bilingual environment
Strong bookkeeping knowledge and experience with financial software
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Responsibilities:
Office Support
Support the managers with scheduling staff, contacting clients and suppliers
Managing general daily administrative tasks
Assist with customer service duties (phone, email, scheduling meetings and assessments)
Assist with purchasing and receiving
Provide leadership to the team in completing daily tasks
Other duties may be assigned
Book Keeping and Accounting:
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable cycle in timely manner
- Reconciling Bank Statements
- Preparing quarterly GST
- Monitor and follow up on monthly customer invoice
Payroll
- Performing data entry and reconciling timecards
- Distributing paychecks and statements
- Answering inquiries from employees and vendors
- Processing payroll
- Remitting payroll taxes and governmental reporting
- Preparing monthly payroll statements
Qualifications and Experiences:
College Diploma in Accounting
5 Years’ experience in Book Keeping
Experience:
- Book keeping(QBO) :5 years (Preferred)
- Administrative assistant 3 year (Preferred)
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling clients
- Invoicing
- inventory
- Answering customers inquires
