You will play a key role in shaping how candidates experience NDAEB by improving communications, strengthening engagement, gathering feedback, and ensuring candidates receive clear, professional, and supportive information throughout their certification journey.

What You'll Do
Candidate Experience & Engagement
- Lead initiatives to enhance the candidate journey across examinations and evaluations
- Develop clear, supportive, and professional communications for candidates
- Coordinate communications related to registration, eligibility, examinations, evaluations, and results
- Design and administer surveys, feedback mechanisms, and candidate engagement initiatives
- Analyze candidate feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create candidate-focused resources, guides, instructional materials, and digital content
Communications & Digital Content
- Develop and maintain communication plans and content calendars
- Draft newsletters, announcements, website content, and candidate communications
- Support NDAEB's LinkedIn presence and digital engagement activities
- Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, branding, and organizational standards
- Coordinate website content updates and improvements
- Monitor digital engagement metrics and prepare summary reports
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Work collaboratively across departments to improve communications and service delivery
- Identify opportunities to simplify, modernize, and strengthen candidate communications
- Develop communication bundles, templates, timelines, and visual resources
- Prepare reports and recommendations based on candidate feedback and engagement data
- Document processes and support ongoing operational improvements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum three years of experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, customer experience, or digital content management
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience developing communication plans, campaigns, or engagement initiatives
- Experience managing digital platforms, websites, social media, or content management systems
- Experience designing surveys and analyzing feedback data
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Assets
- Experience working in a regulatory, certification, healthcare, education, or professional association environment
- Experience with candidate, customer, or client experience initiatives
- Experience with email marketing platforms, analytics tools, or survey platforms
- Experience creating instructional or educational content

Workplace
This position is based in Ottawa and is primarily conducted on-site. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support organizational initiatives and events.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and demonstrated competencies.
