Assistant Property Manager
**NO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LICENSE NEEDED**
To oversee and manage properties located across Canada
This position offers you the opportunity to oversee the management of buildings located throughout Canada in conjunction with a team of on-site building managers and administrators.
- No property management license needed as you will be working for the owner operator.
- We are looking for someone ideally with a combination of blue/white collar skills.
- Blue-collar hands-on experience in renovations such as painting, flooring, carpentry, etc background that knows their way around a renovation project when needed
- white collar skills - handy with a computer with a good working knowledge of using Excel, Word, Dropbox, etc.
- We won’t need you to do any renovations physically yourself, but your experience will be helpful in finding and managing trades to perform these services as well as managing on-site building managers.
- This role requires a combination of working in the office and travel to inspect properties on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate should also possess the following criteria:
- Experience in managing staff members such as superintendents and cleaners.
- Experience in overseeing unit and building repair & renovations
- Some basic knowledge of building structures
- Experience in promoting, renting, and managing rental units

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
